– Australia, Canada and other countries usually 7 – 16 business days
PRIORITY EXPRESS which costs 40 EUR:
– Europe Union usually 1 – 3 business days
– UK usually 3 – 5 business days
– US, Australia, Canada and other countries usually 4 – 6 business days
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, FG atelier will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
We try hard to ensure that does not happen! However, if it does happen please take photos to document the damaged product (and, if applicable, damaged packaging) and email them to us at bonjour@fgatelier.com with your order number.
We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

We are proud that all of our products are designed, developed and manufactured in the Lithuania (EU).
We have created a sizing guide (size guide) for you to check your own measurements against.
If you require a customised size, we are happy to help you - we offer customisations.
We have our own manufacturing studio, which enables us to offer a variety of customisations across the collection including increasing your dress length or sleeves length. If you have a specific customisation query, please contact us at bonjour@fgatelier.com
Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide you with tracking number which enables you to track your item.
